Our commitment

LedgerCept believes business owners deserve to understand their numbers, and that starts with being able to use our website. We want every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control, to find what they need and get in touch with us easily.

Conformance status

This website is designed and built with the intention to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA (opens in a new tab). It has been reviewed with automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-size testing, but it has not yet been formally audited by a third party, so we describe it as partially conformant: some content may not yet fully meet the standard.

What we've done

• Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG contrast ratios: at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and controls.
• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
• A clear heading structure, page landmarks and descriptive link text, so screen readers can move through the page easily.
• FAQ and step-by-step sections use buttons that announce whether they are expanded or collapsed.
• Links that open a new tab, such as booking and WhatsApp, say so to screen readers.
• Touch targets of at least 48 by 48 pixels on buttons and controls.
• Content reflows down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling, and text can be resized to 200%.
• Decorative photos are hidden from assistive technology; illustrative report figures are labelled as samples.
• Smooth scrolling, entrance animations and the scrolling industries list switch off when your device is set to reduce motion.
• No audio or video plays automatically.

Known limitations

Booking a consultation opens Calendly, and messaging opens WhatsApp. These are third-party services with their own accessibility policies, and we can't control every part of their experience. If either one gives you trouble, email or call us and we'll set up your call directly.
